I'm excited to announce my current project. "Geisha Hands" is a novel that I started as an assignment in college. In recent months I have dusted this small piece off and have been working to grow it into the story its meant to be. Via Cloud Orchid Magazine, we will be turning it into a full art book with illustrations, art pieces, and photography.
Submissions are open. Please send your submissions to submissions@cloudorchid.com with "Geisha Hands Submission" in the title. Be sure to include ALL contributors/crew members in the credits.
Submissions must be traditional Japanese themed. We prefer images of geisha and maiko. We also want to see interpretations of traditional Japanese daily life, architecture, etc.
